We were quite apprehensive about leaving our cat, Ellie, in a cattery as she is very timid – she is the original “scaredy cat”! But we needed to find her somewhere, so we looked at several catteries in the area. Then we found Hagley Hill Cattery and more importantly, we found Julie. The facilities at Hagley are great but Julie is more than great – she obviously loves cats and she reassured us that Ellie would be well looked after. Julie took the time to email us to tell us that Ellie was doing fine during her stay which was a nice touch. When we collected Ellie, she was relaxed and happy. She HAD been well looked after, so much so , we have already booked her stay for next summer!
